Looking at what is living in our shadows can feel daunting when done alone, which is why we created this workshop so we can start the journey together. Join us for two hours of dialogue and activities that will have you adding to your calendar time to write as a healing practice everyday. Together we will elevate your energy and you will be called to expand into new places you deserve to be in and a part of. It starts by looking within (as well as dancing and writing it out). We will bring in some of the great wisdom of WOC writers before us, and give you time to write and share out in session.
You will leave with a renewed sense of connection to yourself, a recommended reading list, original daily meditations, and original Luna writing prompts for the next 30 days of habit building.
Expand Your Imagination Beyond Fear & Limits: Step by Step Planning For Your Story Release

You’ve done the inner work, you’ve maybe even shared a few stories on a stage (or at least the dinner table) and now you’re ready to tell your story in order to activate someone or many people to do something specific. Your biggest hurdle is limiting your imagination without even knowing it. We are going to transform that hesitation into motivation by giving you a plan. Get ready to release a live story with confidence as you engage, empower and influence your audience. Let us jump together in modeling vulnerability and authenticity through our Live Storytelling method.
You will leave with a crystal clear plan to tell your next story. This includes a foolproof pitch template, and a written timeline you can edit and use over and over. This session also provides an intro to some of our favorite tactics used to connect a story or project with the right collaborators and audience.
